1. Shipping Policy

We currently deliver within Nairobi and surrounding areas. If you are outside Nairobi, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Method

We use on-demand delivery partners such as Uber, Bolt, and independent riders to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time

Most orders within Nairobi are delivered within same day or 1–6 hours, depending on order time and location.

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or rider availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are set by Paka & Co and may vary depending on your location.

Please note:

• The delivery fee charged is not necessarily equal to the rider cost
• Delivery fees help cover handling, packaging, and logistics coordination
• Delivery charges are communicated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Window: 7-day return period.
• Condition: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Exceptions: We do not accept returns on opened bags unless the product is defective.
• Damages: If the bag arrived punctured or leaking, we offer a full replacement or refund upon photo proof.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday during working hours. Orders placed outside these hours may be processed the next working day.

4. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone number

A redelivery fee will apply.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once dispatched, we coordinate closely with the rider to ensure smooth delivery, however minor delays may occur.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Any information you provide to us is used solely for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing your delivery address with our delivery partners).

7. Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. For any payment-related concerns, please contact us immediately.

8. Product Quality Guarantee

All our bags are carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations due to quality issues, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt.
